The room was cozy with a view of the lake, featuring a private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Loved the indoor pool, which was warm and inviting. Dining at the Brown Swan was a treat with nicely prepared meals. A lot of activities for kids like mini-golf kept everyone entertained.

The Lodge provided a beautiful setting with well-maintained amenities. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and nearby tennis courts, which enhanced my experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was attentive to my needs during my work stay, making the entire process efficient. The convenient location across from Schroon Lake offered picturesque views and a serene atmosphere.

I had a good stay at the lodge with its amazing lake views and friendly staff. While I faced minor timing issues with the hot tub, the beautiful grounds and comfortable room made my visit enjoyable.

I loved being able to relax by the beautiful lake and enjoyed the hot tub area after a day of exploring the nearby Pharaoh Lake Wilderness Area, which was just a short walk away.

Perfect family getaway!

We had an awesome 2-night stay with our kids! The pool was super fun, and they loved the putt-putt course. Food options were great too, especially at the bar! The marina staff were really helpful for our boat rentals. Just wish the bonfires didn't start so late. 10 PM was a bit rough for the little ones.

A Great Family Getaway with Room for Improvement

Our family had a fantastic two-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room. The serene grounds made for a perfect escape. Paddleboarding was a highlight, though I wish availability were more flexible. Dining could significantly improve—try to explore local eateries for a better meal!

We had a great stay at the Lodge At Schroon Lake! Our room was clean and comfortable, featuring a cozy corner with space for the kids to unwind. The staff in the tavern were friendly and quick to help, making our dining experience enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful views of the lake right from the property!

I booked a Deluxe Queen Suite but ended up with a room featuring two double beds. This was disappointing as it wasn't suitable for a couple. I questioned the staff about the mix-up, but they claimed that the Deluxe Queen Suite wasn’t available. Given the price of $810 for two nights, this felt unfair. Onto the good parts, the lodge itself is stunning. The outdoor area is breathtaking and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. The staff was friendly, making the overall experience pleasant despite the room issue. The carpet in our room wasn’t great, and the building lacked curb appeal, which lowered my expectations. The dining room definitely needs a remodel to match the lodge's beauty. Plus, although everything was clean, I was hoping for a better match between the rooms and the surroundings.

We enjoyed the beautiful dock area with chairs right by the lake. The nightly s'mores setup was a fun treat! Plenty of winter activities made our stay awesome.
